Ice Machine	Ice is available free of charge and is located behind Front-Office on lobby floor.
Beach Chairs & Umbrella	Two chairs and one umbrella "sets" are available to reserve from the Front-Office.*	$25 per set for guests *Please request 24 hours in advance.
Beach Closets	One storage closet assigned per condo unit located on Lobby Floor in North & South equipment rooms.	Please do not store any items outside of closet.
Grills	Charcoal grills are available for owners and guests to use.  Located South side of Cabana building.	No grills allowed on patios/balconies.
Hot Tub	No children under 12 years old, please.  Closes at 11:00pm
Swimming Pool	Pool depth is between 3' - 8' deep and is heated during fall/winter months.  Shallow pool for children also available.	No glass, smoking or pets allowed in pool area.
Lobby Lounge	Lounge available to use for small gatherings.  Includes large screen TV and coffee bar.  Closes at 12:00am.	Please reserve space via the Front-Desk.  Free coffee available every day for owners/guests.
Electric Car Charger	Two chargers are available.  One Tesla specific charger and one 220V outlet for other charging types.	See Front-Office for Tesla converters.
Secured Access	Condo complex has secured parking and pedestrian gates.	Please do not share codes or allow unauthorized entry.
24-Hour Security	Front-Office staffed 24x7.  Additional security is hired for holidays.	If no one is available at Front-Desk, please call 956.761.7290.
