In the Tower building, each condo has an emergency exit inside the unit containing two staircases; one leading to the lobby and another leading to the outside parking lot. |

| Parking |
During Peak Season & Holidays, only one (1) parking space assigned per condo unit. |
Front Desk will provide parking pass, when required. |
| Trash |
In the Tower building, Trash receptacles are available inside each stairwell. Please use only between 8:00am-10:00pm. In the Cabana building, the Trash bin is emptied every morning |
