Rates listed are for the high season (April 1st thru August 15th) & Holidays. Rates do not include tax, cleaning fee(s) or additional services, such as beach umbrella sets at $25.00 each per day. Please note there is a 5 night minimum, strictly enforced. Early departure will result in a minimum of a 5 night charge.  Please contact the front desk at 956.761.7290 for Offseason (August 16th thru March 30th), monthly rates and to book your reservation.

 

Note, The Padre Grand is a privately owned condominium complex. Each unit is individually owned and while minimum standards are established to be rented, not all units are the same. Further, we expect all guests and tenants to abide by the Rules. We encourage you to review all photos of each unit prior to making your reservation to ensure your expectations are met. A pet policy (including maximum size limit of 25 lbs) may also be in place. Please inquire when requesting a reservation.

 

When selecting a unit, please note there are two buildings, Tower (a 13 story building) located behind the Cabanas (a 2 story beachfront building).

No third party vendor, owner, or agent is authorized to accept or otherwise negotiate short or long term rentals at The Padre Grand. Any such reservation will not be honored.
